Flavio is an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur. He has a BA and a Masters in Management and he worked as a management consultant both at Arthur D Little and McKinsey & Company for a total of 5 years. Flavio has already founded five businesses, one of which is The Case Interview Academy, a successful case interview preparation coaching company that has published one of the most downloaded apps for case training. Flavio enjoys immersing himself in other cultures and chose Berlin as his new home.

Jeanette is an ex McKinsey & Company consultant and holds a MSc in Management for Business Excellence from the University of Warwick as a Chevening scholar. She is an independent management consultant mainly doing work in the mining industry in Africa. Jeanette enjoys assisting individuals achieve positive impact on outcomes they seek and creating a gradual iterative learning process that utilises knowledge in delivering sustainable results. She has co-founded two business ventures in South Africa with one focusing on assisting individuals improve their operations management approaches and skill set. She enjoys coaching and mentoring students to bring the best of themselves throughout the interview process.

Christal is passionate about using business to inspire social change. She is particularly interested in community development, equitable access to healthcare, and mental health destigmatization & prevention. She started her career at Bain & Company and most recently worked at Value for Good GmBH, a social impact consulting firm in Berlin, focusing on international development and impact strategy. She also led launch strategy & operations at Drop Technologies, a fintech startup in Toronto. She is currently pursuing her MBA/MPH at the University of California Berkeley Haas, specializing in healthcare, social impact, and entrepreneurship.

Alessandro is an experienced management consultant, data scientist and researcher, with a goal of combining business understanding with technical prowess. He holds a BA and MSc in Theoretical Physics, and has 4 years of experience at the Boston Consulting Group and its data & analytics arm, BCG GAMMA. Alessandro is passionate about recruiting and education, with 10 years of experience in teaching and coaching, and is currently a PhD student in Machine Learning in Tokyo, a city where he can exercise two of his greatest passions: learning languages and enjoying good food.

Guillem is an experienced management consultant and product manager. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group for 6 years. Guillem has been working as interview coach for 5 years at preplounge.com and club-MBA.com where he has helped more than 1000 candidates prepare to interview with the top management consulting firms. After his consulting career, Guillem joined Amazon in 2017 to launch Prime Video in 200+ countries. He is currently the leader of a product with 70 engineers and program managers. Guillem is originally from Spain, and has been living in the US since 2013.

Bruno is an ex-Bain Consultant in Madrid, where he supported Banks, Retailers and PE funds in their strategy, performance improvement and growth plans. Most recently he has focused more on PE clients, both before the deal (Comercial Due Diligence) and after (post-acquisition strategy). He has been heavily involved with Recruiting in the Madrid office, and has coached and mentored a number of students who got full time offers at MBB. He is now doing his MBA at INSEAD.

Michael is a senior consultant with Strategy& and ex-BCG consultant with a strong focus on Strategy and Digital. Additionally, since 2018, he has been a job application and interview coach, helping candidates from across the globe get into MBB consulting. Michael’s global focus is also reflected in his passion for living and working in foreign countries, with over 6 years of expat experience in the US, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and South Korea.

Bruno is an ex-McKinsey consultant with a history of supporting large transformation programs, supply chain, capital projects implementation, and operational excellence engagements. He specializes in the intersection of optimizing capex portfolio and data analytics and served 10+ clients during his 4 years with Firm. Bruno holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and speaks English, and Portuguese. He also has broad experience in the mining and metals industry, having worked on this sector for 12 years prior to join McKinsey. Bruno is passionate about mentorship and coaching for young talents and professionals, and his mentees joined leading consulting firms
