He has a BA and a Masters in Management and he worked as a management consultant both at Arthur D Little and McKinsey & Company for a total of 5 years. Flavio has already founded five businesses, one of which is The Case Interview Academy, a successful case interview preparation coaching company that has published one of the most downloaded apps for case training. Flavio enjoys immersing himself in other cultures and chose Berlin as his new home.Roger WuAs an experienced strategy consultant, Roger worked at Bain & Co. for 4 years after he graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Master degree in Management. He was focused on consumer goods and retail industry and he also served multiple private equity clients during his time at Bain. Roger is passionate about mentorship and coaching for young talents and professionals, and his mentees joined leading consulting firms and financial institutions. Currently Roger lives in Shanghai and is a frequent traveler in China and abroad. Francesco RieppiFrancesco is an interview coach, former BCG consultant and tech entrepreneur. He is the #1 coach worldwide for consulting interview sessions, thanks to more than 2,500 certified expert classes completed on preplounge.com. As a coach for consulting interviews, Francesco helped hundreds of candidates to land an offer from McKinsey, BCG and Bain. As a consultant, Francesco joined BCG in the Milan office, where he worked on projects in the energy, industrial goods and consumer goods sectors. After BCG, he worked as an associate in venture capital in Germany. As an entrepreneur, Francesco founded two companies in Europe and Asia in the entertainment and EdTech sectors. He is currently serving as CEO of a Singapore-based company and as strategic advisor for startups. He graduated cum laude from Bocconi University and he is passionate about fitness, nutrition and learning new languages. Burak DikmenogluBurak is an ex-management consultant, worked 3 years as a management consultant at Bain and Company. His previous experience includes working as a Venture Specialist at a Business Angel Network based in Istanbul. His enthusiasm for startups led him to building his own boutique sailing club and giving mentorship to several startups. He has also been working as an online/offline Case & GMAT coach for 2 years with especially consulting candidates across Turkey and Europe. Burak holds a BA degree in Economics from Bogazici University in Istanbul. Currently studying a Masters Degree in Marketing at IE Business School and lives in between Istanbul and Madrid. He speaks Turkish, English and Spanish. .Nina HaidingerNina Haidinger is a Leadership Coach and Trainer with a focus on mindful success strategies. Before that she worked for six years as a project manager for the Boston Consulting Group focussing on large scale transformations, also heading the local women's network. After a severe burnout, Nina found her way back to health thanks to a mix of coaching and mindfulness. Ever since she supports other leaders in leading their business and life in a sustainable and successful way. Her approach is grounded in neuropsychology, mindfulness and somatic experience. She works with clients worldwide through group and individual work. When Nina is asked to sum up the purpose of her work, she refers to it as: 'Establishing the courage to connect. His business career began as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, after earning a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Nonlinear Dynamics from the University of Virginia, which he attended as a Research Fellow with NASA’s Laboratory for Extraterrestrial Physics. After his days at McKinsey, where he focused on corporate finance, Paul went on to found companies in a wide variety of industries, including quantitative hedge funds, oil and gas, nutritional supplements, and small business financing, but his true passion is education and coaching. Paul is also an Ironman triathlete, a certified yoga instructor, a competitive golfer, and a fanatical traveler, having lived a "location independent" lifestyle for many years, soaking up cultures and experiences in all corners of the world. Sidi KonéSidi is an experienced executive leader at one of the largest professional sports leagues in the world. He is a former senior strategy consultant groomed at McKinsey & Company and formerly The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Sidi has led large consulting teams and worked for top level corporate clients across numerous countries in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for 7 years. Sidi has served as a member of the core recruiting teams in both McKinsey and BCG. In this function, he has interviewed several hundreds of applicants. One of Sidi’s core passions is teaching young high-potentials on how to properly frame their thinking in addressing strategic issues. Ben is heavily involved in the UK start-up scene, as an advisor, serial entrepreneur and investor. Ben is originally from Minsk, Belarus, and holds a BA in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel's Institute of Technology and an MBA from London Business School.Nicolas ConstantinescoNicolas' driving passion is to help aspiring business professionals accelerate their skill building and personal development. After obtaining my MBA from Chicago Booth, Nicolas spent 11 years at McKinsey and KPMG where he built a new unit of 40 operations consultants. Beyond client work, he was also passionate about recruiting and professional development: at McKinsey Nicolas was in charge of MBA recruiting and was the lead faculty for several training programs; at KPMG, he led the recruiting drive to build the team and he designed the performance evaluation and feedback program for the new team. She is an independent management consultant mainly doing work in the mining industry in Africa. She has co-founded two business ventures in South Africa with one focusing on assisting individuals improve their operations management approaches and skill set. Most recently he has focused more on PE clients, both before the deal (Comercial Due Diligence) and after (post-acquisition strategy). He has been heavily involved with Recruiting in the Madrid office, and has coached and mentored a number of students who got full time offers at MBB. He is now doing his MBA at INSEAD.Daniel Swann"Daniel is a former Associate Partner at McKinsey with over 8 years of experience in strategy consulting. He started off as a generalist but is now focused heavily on the healthcare sector where he serves both large-scale pharma companies and smaller biotechs. While at McKinsey, Daniel conducted a large number of candidate interviews in both first and final rounds but also participated heavily in other recruitment activities. Today he continues to provide strategy consulting services to his clients as well as executive & career coaching (with >100 candidates to date, over 20 of them with MBB offers).
