Terms & Conditions for Case Interview Academy Premium Subscription Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms This document ("Terms & Conditions" or "Agreement") sets forth the legal terms and conditions governing the Premium Subscription service ("Service") offered through the Case Interview Academy mobile application ("App") operated by Soriano Education ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your subscription to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility To subscribe to the Premium Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payment Terms (a) Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for the Service, along with any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method on a recurring basis in the frequency corresponding to the term of your subscription plan (monthly, yearly, etc.).

(b) Auto-Renewal: Your subscription to the Service will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

(c) Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you.

(d) Payment Failure: If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

4. Services Offered The Service includes access to premium educational content, tools, and resources, which are subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at our discretion. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

5. Restrictions on Use You agree not to duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service or use of the Service without our express written permission. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decrypt, or disassemble the Service or its underlying technology.

6. Cancellation Policy Subscriptions may be canceled by navigating to your account settings in the App and following the instructions for cancellation. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

7. Returns and Refunds Due to the digital nature of the Service, returns are not applicable. We will issue refunds at our sole discretion, and only in situations where the Service has been proven to be defective or if it has not been accessed following the payment.

8. Privacy and Data Usage All personal information that you provide to us in connection with your use of the Service is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Amendments to the Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

(c) Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
