By purchasing access to our recorded course(s), you (“User”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Access

Upon purchase, the User will be granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the course(s) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Access is limited to the registered User only.

2. Account Use

The User must maintain the confidentiality of account login information and is responsible for all activities under their account. Sharing of account information with non-registered users is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including videos, documents, and other related materials, are the sole property of High Bridge. Copying, distributing, selling, or transmitting any course material without the prior written consent of [Your Company Name] is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Restrictions

The User shall not attempt to (a) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the course content; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the course platform or any part thereof; (c) bypass or breach any security device or protection used by the courses or access or use the courses other than by an authorized User through his or her own account.

5. Termination

High Bridge FZ LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the course if it reasonably believes you have breached any of these terms and conditions. In such an event, you will not be entitled to any refund.

6. Disclaimers

The course and its materials are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. High Bridge FZ LLC does not guarantee that the course will meet your specific goals or expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will High Bridge FZ LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access or use of, or inability to access or use, the course or any content on it.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

High Bridge FZ LLCreserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
