Flavio Soriano
Flavio is an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur. He has a BA and a Masters in Management and he worked as a management consultant both at Arthur D Little and McKinsey & Company for a total of 5 years. Flavio has already founded five businesses, one of which is The Case Interview Academy, a successful case interview preparation coaching company that has published one of the most downloaded apps for case training. Flavio enjoys immersing himself in other cultures and chose Berlin as his new home.

Clara embarked on her professional journey at McKinsey and Company before contributing significantly to the launch of Amazon Business in Spain. A passionate advocate for coaching, she earned acclaim in the Master in Management at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, garnering the Teaching Excellence Award. Her coaching expertise extends to mentoring over 150 candidates via PrepLounge and MyConsultingCoach. In addition to her impactful career, Clara founded the NGO Building their Future in 2015. Her academic pursuit, an MBA from MIT Sloan, was supported by prestigious international grants such as Fullbright and Caixa, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and global collaboration in pursuing her ambitions.

Julie is an interview and communication coach, former McKinsey consultant and holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Sciences and a M.S. in Engineering. While at McKinsey, Julie was trained on recruitment and executive communication. She is the founder of My Stellar Interview – a company that works with top business schools around the world to help students prepare for interviews with top consulting firms. Julie has a knack for helping candidates build confidence and provides practical feedback and ‘tricks’ so her clients can let their best self shine during their interviews.

Jeanette is an ex McKinsey & Company consultant and holds a MSc in Management for Business Excellence from the University of Warwick as a Chevening scholar. She is an independent management consultant mainly doing work in the mining industry in Africa. Jeanette enjoys assisting individuals achieve positive impact on outcomes they seek and creating a gradual iterative learning process that utilises knowledge in delivering sustainable results. She has co-founded two business ventures in South Africa with one focusing on assisting individuals improve their operations management approaches and skill set. In 2017, Guillem made a significant move to Amazon, where he led the global launch of Prime Video in 200+ countries. Bruno is a Principal at the BCG Miami office with 10+ years of expertise on strategy, corporate finance, and organizational redesign projects for clients in the Energy space. Bruno also worked as a Country Manager in Brazil for an ecommerce startup for two years. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Insper (Brazil) and an MBA from Chicago Booth. After an admirable 11 year stint with BCG in Milan, he has gone on to co-found and run his own tea and coffee business in his native Italy. He then co-founded his own start-up in the shared mobility space which raised about $1M of capital from institutional investors and now works at BYJU’S which is the world’s largest EdTech company and is helping scale products that create a love for learning among young kids. He is also passionate about Electric Mobility, Clean Energy and works on his Piano playing when time allows.

Selçuk embarked on his professional journey in regional and global Marketing & Sales roles at DHL. Transitioning, he redirected his path by joining McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant in Brussels, dedicating nearly three impactful years to the role. Post McKinsey, he assumed the position of Strategy Manager at a prominent Belgian telecom company. His experience included serving as a Senior Manager in Strategic Initiatives at Expedia Group in Geneva, Switzerland, where he drove impactful initiatives. In 2016, he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. His astounding dedication to giving something back to the community is to be admired, spending 2 years as a Scout Leader and working with a poverty alleviation charity for over 10 years.
