Your tuition will consist of:
- An affordable upfront fee
- And a success fee (ISA), if you’re eligible.
We support all investments in your education with installment plans, allowing you to focus on learning without financial stress.

The success fee (ISA) is a component of your Bootcamp tuition activated only if you secure a job at one of your target consulting firms.
You’ll pay a smaller portion of the tuition upfront, and the success fee is triggered only if you’re successful.
This aligns our goals with yours and makes your success our success as well.
High Bridge’s Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) is a flexible financing option that works as follows:
- Attend the bootcamp by paying a smaller upfront portion of your total tuition.
- The success fee (ISA) is triggered once you secure a full-time job at one of our qualifying companies, categorized from Tiers 1 to 3.
- If already employed, the ISA applies only if you accept a higher-tier job.
- Upon accepting a qualifying job, you contribute a fraction of your monthly salary for the first year at the firm.
- The ISA is payable in 12 monthly installments, adding flexibility to your payments.

The success fee (ISA) is triggered by employment at qualifying companies categorized as follows:
Tier 1: McKinsey, Bain, BCG
Tier 2: Other international consulting firms (Roland Berger, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, LEK, Strategy&, Mastercard Advisors, Accenture, EY Parthenon and Monitor Deloitte, and their daughter companies.)
Tier 2.5: Other Consulting Firms (Any self-declared Consulting Firm in the fields of management, strategy, operations, finance, and/or public sector, and its daughter companies.)
Tier 3: Big 4 (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, and their daughter companies.)
The program fees cover all necessary materials and resources to ensure your success, including workshops, exercises, drills, guides, and many more.
The exact resources provided will depend on the Consulting Bootcamp program that we tailor to your specific profile.
